The co-founder and EVP, Andrew Borden, is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in Investment Management, Banking, Portfolio & Risk Management, Fixed Income, Equities, Futures, and derivatives, as well as Aerospace, Computational Design and Analysis, and Project Management.
With multiple patents in Cloud and Artificial Intelligence, Gautham has made significant contributions to the technological landscape.
Additionally, he has published 47 technical papers on acoustics and passive sonar, along with a comprehensive compilation of signal processing techniques.

CTO Michael Declerck with over 30 years of experience, has a proven track record in developing and scaling disruptive technologies in agile, high-growth environments. Key achievements include leading infrastructure engineering at AppDynamics/Cisco, reducing operational costs by 35% and provisioning time by over 90%.
As VP of Engineering at Opsani, he scaled the team and improved product reliability from 85% to 99.99%, contributing to Cisco’s acquisition of the company, and at Vicarious AI, he expanded the engineering team from 3 to 35 and transitioned the company to a scalable Robot-as-a-Service product, which was later acquired by Google.
He has also held leadership roles at Swift Navigation, where they transitioned the company to a cloud services model, and Oracle, where he helped grow OCI from 200 to 2000+ employees.

Investor and strategic adviser, Jeffrey Dunn, is a former warfighter and tactical Naval Aviator, with a focus on advanced technology rapid prototyping, Unmanned Systems, Electronic Warfare, Networked Weapon Systems, and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance.

Investor and adviser, Mary Ann Bartels, is Sanctuary Wealth’s Chief Investment Strategist, responsible for providing market perspective and investment guidance to the firm’s more than 80 Partner Firms and the Sanctuary Asset Management Investment Council, with over 40 years of experience on Wall Street.
